Brite: Lemon Lime

Ooh, now this has a sharpness to it. That’s good, don’t get me wrong there, and you can certainly taste the citrus kick from the lemon. But, hidden in that taste was something else that I couldn’t put my finger on so I went looking through the ingredients. Turns out they’ve used apple juice in there which you can definitely pick up on, but also there’s a bitter aftertaste that I reckon is matcha. I’m personally not a big fan of matcha or tea in general so for me this ruined it a bit. I love lemon and lime drinks, they’re my favourite, but the bitter aftertaste from this drink was not to my liking. If you like tea-based drinks though you might find this pleasant and refreshing.
